Be sure you try new workouts routine and alternate days you’re doing muscle building, cardio to burn more calories in less amount of time. Focus on consuming unprocessed foods, water and quality calories from vegetables, whole grains, lean protein and fruits.

Before going to bed after a long day, take a nice warm bath, listen to soft music, read a good book or relax to clear your mind and try going to bed earlier to get your eight hours sleep.
